| Message | No matter how much time you spend designing or inspecting product, at some point, something will go wrong or be shipped out with defects. This is a simple fact of life. There is no such thing as a perfect product. Greg is one of the few people who stands behind everything he does. I have yet to hear one person complain about him not doing enough to rectify any issue that comes up. You should have called Greg at the first sign of trouble. Then, after everything is said and done, post your experience. This is a very poor way to deal with your problems. I would think that after the countless other drama sessions that you've brought about, that you would have learned something. Be the bigger person and try to work with the vendors instead of slamming at the first hint of a problem. Had you done that, you would probably already have new downpipes on your car. Instead, you have extended the time that you have to deal with your problems, and also made an ass out of yourself once again. Please, think before you post next time.
